What we collect

When you send a quote request or a question through this website, we receive what you type in the form: your name, email address, and, if you enter them, your company, phone number, the product you asked about, a quantity, and your comments. We also receive any drawing or CAD files you attach.

Why we collect it

We use it only to answer your request and to quote your part. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and their attachments stay in our system until our staff delete them. If you would like your request and files removed, call us and we will delete them.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser as part of that check. We also store a scrambled version of your IP address so we can spot abuse of the form. That scrambled value cannot be turned back into your IP address.

Cookies

The public pages of this site do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a sign-in cookie so the site remembers them.
